RMC MedStone Capital was established when RM Crowe, a leading real estate developer and property manager in Dallas, Texas, purchased TruMedical Partners. MedStone is the Managing Partner of Stanislaus Surgical Hospital in Modesto, California. MedStone has put together a dynamic leadership team led by Michael J. Lipomi. Mr. Lipomi is recognized as one of the leaders of the ambulatory health care revolution. With over 25 years of experience in developing and operating surgery centers and specialty hospitals, Mr. Lipomi was a natural to lead MedStone
into the future.

RMC MedStone Capital is focused on acquiring exceptional ambulatory surgery centers and small hospitals, focused on surgery, in partnership with physicians. The MedStone model is to acquire an appropriate percentage of each facility and to manage the operations and growth of the facilities case load and profitability through its affiliated entity, RMC MedStone Management. While providing exceptional service is the core of MedStone Capital, increased efficiencies and growth are the hallmark. In addition to the acquisition strategy, RMC MedStone Capital will lead the conversion process for ambulatory surgery centers that have matured to the point where providing hospital services is appropriate.
